From station south we head out on quite roads past Cringle Park, Heaton moor Golf club and not the river for a short time, crossing the M60 and onto stockport road for a short time and onto cheadle road beofre heading past Brentwood Park, one Kingsway and onto road cycle paths on Wilmslow road crossing the airport link road and passing Handforth and into wilmslow for our stop

after our stops we head out along Altringham road and wilmslow road this is all cycle paths passing the airport we head along trolley lane and into Painswick park cycling down quite roads through Wythenshawe and onto Benchill and onto Wythenshawe park onto cycle paths and quite roads though northenden and onto the River passing withington and disburse Gold Clubs, after coming off the rive we then travel on quite roads to wilmslow road through Disbury and into Withington Joining the Floop back to Station South

this will be a paced ride at 15km- 18kmph
