this is a charity ride for the hospice and is a ride you have to pay for
quite roads and cycle paths
stop at Half way TBC and food and drink at the end at st caths
money / bank card, lights back important front in winter and rainy days, puncher patches and glue, spare inner tubes, water, mud guards for autumn/winter, basic repair kit and snacks. Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for our glorious UK weather conditions. HELMETS ADVISED
