22 mile ride from the Tyne Pedestrian Tunnel to Sunderland then up the coast to South Shields and back to the start with a coffee and cake stop along the way There will opportunities to stop for photos of any landmarks on the way around. Helmets are mandatory on our FLAB rides. We ask that all riders are self sufficient and carry spare inner tube(s), a basic tool kit, puncture repair kit, and pump. As we'll be stopping for refreshments, please also bring a face covering and cash/bank card We never leave anyone behind

This ride will be a mix of roads and paved cycleways although there may be a couple of short sections on gravel paths.
