FLAB Social Rides Gateshead and South Tyneside - Pedestrian Tunnel - Angel - Millennium Bridge Loop

Riding from the pedestrian tunnel at Jarrow along the Tyne to Bill Quay. From there we head up to The Angel which is the most challenging section of the ride. From there its downhill all the way to the millennium bridge before stopping at The Hub for cake. From there its a short ride back to the tunnel to get back through to Jarrow.

There is ample parking available for those who wish to drive to the start line

We ask riders to wear helmets and bring a basic toolkit, puncture repair kit, spare inner tube, and pump. You'll always need cash or card to fund coffee and cake
