FLAB Social Rides Derbyshire Along The Nutbrook Trail

Starting at Trent Lock Car Park, we head out along the Erewash Canal before picking up the Nutbrook trail to our stop at The Nutbrook Coffee Shop for tea/coffee & cake.

This is a traffic free route, with the exception of one very small section through an industrial estate

We will set off as two separate groups of six to comply with British Cycling guidelines.

After our cafe stop, we will return to Trent Lock along the same route in which we came.

A fairly flat ride from Trent Lock to the Nutbrook Coffee Shop and back

Canal paths and tracks suitable for most bikes, except those with skinny road tyres

A serviceable bike, a helmet, spare inner tube/puncture repair kit, suitable clothing for conditions on the day and a sense of humour
