Flab Social Rides Derbyshire

So this ride is specifically for those who don’t like riding on the road. We will start at the car park at Trent lock and ride along by the side of the canal making our way to Nutbrook cafe in Shipley park. The ride is all flat and we will ride at a steady pace. This is a beginners ride and for those that have just started but want to push themselves a bit further,
Nutbrook is a lovely cafe stop. This is all track so there could be a lot of twigs and branches around so please make sure you have everything you need to change a tyre in case of punctures. We welcome new riders and never leave anyone who is struggling.
