To start off this year's FLAB rides, at last, we'll have a nice ride from Cleator Moor to St Bees, down to Braystones and then back up home.

This is a varied ride, with some hills and great views but nothing too outrageous. It will be good for all bike types although the terrain is mostly back roads and cycle paths.

I would suggest we don't stop this time, but bring our own snacks and we will pick a nice place to stop and eat, weather permitting.

Please bring, weather appropriate clothing, some water, a spare inner tube or two and a snack.

The ride will be good for all levels as this is just a nice pootle for families and friends and will not be a fast ride.

We may vary the route slightly from the one given, it just depends who is on the ride and how we feel.

We will of course be adhering to whatever the restrictions are at the time.

Please message if you have any questions.
