FLAB Social Ride Lancaster Morecambe Intermediate To Challenging

Starting from Lancaster we head out to Garstang via Glasson Dock, Thurnham and Cockerham.
From there it's out to Catterall where we will then be on quite lanes heading to Chipping and Dunsop Bridge.
Then it's into the beautiful Trough of Bowland and once through there it's up to Jubilee Tower.
Finally it's down to Caton and on the cyclepath onto Lancaster.

Stops for coffee and cake and there will be many occasions where you will want to stop to take photos

All riders must wear a helmet and bring a basic toolkit for punctures etc. Money will be needed for coffee stops
