This will be a mix of roads and paved cycleways

Cafe stop planned at Minchellas at South Shields

Helmets are mandatory on all of our rides. Please bring spare inner tubes, puncture repair kit and basic toolkit. Please also bring cash/card if you plan to join the group for coffee and cake
