Flab Social Ride - Derbyshire

Here we have a nice short, flat ride along the track from Trent Lock to Beston Marina. This ride is aimed at all you riders who either haven’t ridden for a while or who are just starting out. If the weather is nice its a lovely route along the river and we will have a coffee and cake stop at Beeston Marina.
The route can get quite busy with walkers, runners so be aware and considerate to others. Please make sure you have everything necessary to change your tyres, in case of punctures and helmets are always necessary, I’ve seen far too many falls recently so be safe. Bring money for the stop.
