Flab Social Ride - Derbyshire

Starting out on the back roads to Ilkeston and making our way through Trowel to Wollaton Park where there is a lovely coffee shop for coffee and cake. Afterwards we will head along quite a busy stretch through Chilwell, Beeston and Long Eaton, this can be quite busy but there are cycle paths all along this route and we may have to cross roads at lights on a few points. Making our way back to the starting point. On the whole a busy but nice route with a few hills at the beginning, nothing major and one at the end through Ockbrook.
Please sure you have all necessary equipment just in case of puncture repair, bring a helmet and some money for the stop.
