FLAB Social Lancashire To Kendal

Starting from Morecambe Promenade we head out to Arnside via Carnforth and Silverdale, from there it's following the coast onto Levens.
We then continue along country lanes to Kendal via Sizergh Castle.
After cafe stop we head back to Morecambe via Milnthorpe, Burton and Capenwray.

Scenic countryside route to the gateway of the Lakes

Mostly country lanes and B roads

Cafe stop will be at The Bristly Hog in Kendal

All participants must wear a helmet and bring what's needed to repair a puncture if it should happen. Advisable to bring a face covering if you should need to go into a shop and anti bacterial wipes or hand cleansing gel might be a good idea. Of course money needed should you want anything at cafe stop.
