Starting from the click tower on Morecambe promenade we head to Carnforth and then follow route 700 around the bay to Grange over Sands

Takeaway coffee and cake in Grange over Sands on the promenade
All riders must wear a helmet and bring what's needed should you get a puncture as due to social distancing guidelines I will be unable to help. Money for coffee stop
