This is a short ride, on cycle paths and mainly back roads, with a part of it coming through Frizington main street.
Please wear correct clothes for the weather forecast, a spare inner tube and some water.
We will go at the pace of the slowest rider, it will not be a fast ride, just a gentle one.
You can be a beginner but will have to fairly confident riding on a main road with changing lanes.
