Flab Ride Social Derbyshire

So we will be meeting at 9.00am in the car park at Trent Lock, there is a pay and display here for those travelling by car.
We will then head down Long Lane to Kegworth where we will stop at Olivers Cafe for Cake and a drink. After a short break we will do a circular route around East Leake, Sutton Bonnington and Gotham and then head back towards Trent lock. This is a nice steady route with not too many inclines to be worried of.
The weathers looking fine at the moment but bring anything you may need if it does change.
Please bring all essential items you need for punctures, helmets are a must and money for the cafe.
We never leave anyone behind and only ride at the slowest riders pace.
