Thursday Evening social ride ride doing Dragon hill This is a Group SOCIAL ride not a Club race, Please respect the Average pace of the Main group and be prepared to wait for slower rider's. Flab social ride jerseys are not compulsory but it would be nice to see rider's who have them, wearing the jersey, after all this is a Flab ride!!!

Riding on mainly main roads, country lanes and Plym Valley Trail

Stopping at the White Thorn Inn Shaugh prior for Refreshments

Helmets, Working / charged front and rear lights are mandatory on all Flab Plymouth rides
