FLAB Haringey & Waltham Forest Social Ride

Ride out from Walthamstow through Chingford, through Epping Forest up to High Beach and the Epping Forest Visitor Centre then on to Epping itself.

After a stop in Epping for refreshments, return through Theydon Bois, Debden and Loughton and back to the start at Lloyd Park.

Opportunity to grab a beer in Walthamstow at the end.

A ride out to Epping Forest and Epping, returning through Theydon Bois and Loughton. A bit of uphill, but plenty of long downhill stretches on the way home. A social ride, noone gets left behind, we ride at the pace of the slowest rider.

Urban roads at the start and end. Quiter country roads when we get out towards Epping Forest.

Stop for coffee, cake and pasties in Epping.

Helmet is compulsory. Some cash for coffee/cake, phone.
