A circular ride from Bishop's Waltham to Southwick Tea Rooms mainly via quiet country lanes. There are a few climbs, but nothing too strenuous.

Please bring funds for refreshments at Southwick Tea Rooms (wc available).

All riders must wear a helmet and we would recommend a rear light, cafe lock, pump and puncture repair kit.

We don't leave anyone behind although there is an expected minimum speed 11mph.
