We will ride a 5-mile loop, repeating it several times. The first loop will be at a nice, gentle pace and then we will increase the pace with each loop. The final loop is as fast/slow as you like.

This ride is about improving your own fitness, not about trying to keep up with faster riders. There will be a beginners group and a group for more experienced fitness riders. So if you've never joined a fitness ride before, this is the ideal opportunity.

This ride is particularly aimed at beginners - riders who are new to fitness rides.

Things to bring - helmet, kit to deal with punctures on your bike, drink & snack, suitable clothing and lights if you plan to ride to/from Shell Ford.
