A casual Traffic free cycle path trip from Upton country park to the white water centre billing rd, cutting through Brackmills and the back of Delapre Abbey to the Uni for lunch at the uni café (the market). Returning via a short section of road before picking up the canal towpath to Swan valley.
Just to empathise this is a casual ride under 10 mph suit beginners and those of us who just want a bit of fresh air without breaking into a sweat !
No one will be left behind.
Following along the cycle path near the river and returning via the canal towpath. Mostly flat with only one hill and that’s going down

Stopping at the university café for lunch (card payment only)
