A short - 6 mile, gently paced, ride around quiet lanes and cycle paths in the vicinity. Ideal for women new to cycling or returning to cycling. Please bring a drink to enjoy whilst we take in the views, theres bound to be one enroute!
Now that we have that extra hour a 'starter' ride on Friday evening if you can get away from work in time or have someone to stand in with the offspring.
