Finding cake

This is an easy ride, approximately 8 miles along quieter country roads. We will ride at the pace that is best suited to everyone in the group, usually between 8-10 mph. There will be a few inclines and as leaders we will support all riders to ensure that no one is left behind so that all the group can have an enjoyable ride. We will be stopping in Jockey End for coffee and cake, at the community hall coffee morning. Please bring cash for your refreshments as they do not take bank cards. Please remember to bring,
Two spare innertubes for your bike, even if you do not know how to change them, someone in the group will, as well as the appropriate tools (tyre levers and a spanner for your wheels if you do not have quick release.)
A water bottle with a drink in, riding can be very thirsty work.
Cycle helmet, for your own safety.
Appropriate clothing for the weather
As we will be riding on the road please consider adding lights to your bike and wearing high vis clothing to assist other road users to see you.
