The route is mostly on quiet country roads which are relatively flat and ideal for people new to cycling or who are regaining fitness. Bring with you a helmet, spare layer, waterproof jacket, a spare inner tube to fit you bike and some pennies for the cafe at the end.
If we get enough riders we may split into two groups based on ability….but don’t worry no one will get left behind!
