From FBC we make our way through Finchampstead and Sandhurst on local roads to discover the Blackwater Valley River trail.
This takes us on an off-road gravel route through to Frimley Lodge for drinks & refreshments. Road bikes are unsuitable.
Return is on a similar off road route passing Quay Swim retracing our gravel path and then on to lanes back to FBC.
Helmets must be worn. Please have a puncture repair kit & inner tubes that fit your bike.
As its likely to be hot - make sure you have plenty of water & sun screen
