We will take time to enjoy the beautiful countryside as we wind our way through the villages of Selling and Shottenden to reach our refreshment stop at Chilham. We will return to Faversham via the hamlets of Rhode Common, South Street and Brenley. A very pretty ride!
Please note- This area is not flat! But we do not let those pesky hills stop you from coming out and enjoying our beautiful countryside - we cycle as far as we can and then we walk!!
Also, ride duration times are very approximate - it takes as long as it takes - we do not rush or race!!
Please remember your.....
- helmet
- spare inner tube, pump and tools needed if you don't have quick release wheels
- water bottle(s)
- suitable clothing
- money for refreshments
- a contact number for a lift/assistance in case of mechanical breakdown!! (ride leaders are not trained mechanics!)
Please check your bike over before you leave for the ride eg. brakes, tyres, chain, gears etc.!!
