Family Ride

This ride welcomes families who wish to get some knowledge of where to ride in the Leigh area and also those who have joined Leigh bike library and fancy exploring with a bike they have recently loaned.

The route is subject to change depending on weather and experience of the group. One of the routes we may use is described below and visible on the map

We will possibly use a section of the Bridgewater canal to Worsley which then returns on the newly opened RHS Bridgewater canal tow path.
The route is flat, good paths that drain with no mud!


Please bring suitable inner tubes/tools for your tyre should you get a puncture.
