National Wales velodrome

This Charity bike ride in aid of Cancer Research UK. You will start from the National Wales Velodrome to Redwick in a loop and back. This ride is approx. 19 miles. but theres the option to cycle this route twice, and if you wish, cycle via Wetlands Its all on the Gwent Levels so therefore flat and suitable for all. Marshalls will be on route, medical cover and plenty more to follow Water stop or tea and a slice of cake you might fancy, ice cream , sweets etc is at the Seawall Tearooms £3 for adults , under 16,s Free helmets compulsory T-shirts will cost £5 (for world cycle ones) or £2.50 for cancer research UK plain ones.
