with its lovley views and steady pace this one is perfect for the family bring a sandwich and a flask and have an amazing steady ride on cycle paths and quiet roads, look out for the carved faces in the rocks at Barnbough crags, one not to me missed

a beutiful ride with out standing views over the Dearne valley . after the first hill challenge which is ar the beginning of the ride the rout is mainly flat or down hill back to the start

mix of country roads bridle ways and cycle path,

helmets advised and a must for under 18s please bring a spare tube and a little bit of money incase we run into a coffee van / short divert to a costa/ mc ds along the way
