Starting from - IP23 7AF
We will be meeting outside Cafeye at 9:15am.

Please come prepared for changeable weather, always useful to have a waterproof stashed away in case of a downpour.
I have now transitioned onto my winter bike which has mudguards. If you can fit something above your back wheel it will really help you to keep clean if the roads are muddy or damp.
Please also bring a spare tyre and some levers. I promise to change the tyre for you if you need help.

A little late posting this week, rest assured, we will be at Cafeye at 9:15am raring to go.
Another straightforward circular route this week beginning and ending at Cafeye. This route aims to avoid some of the little back lanes that become a bit muddy and filled with debris in this weather.
The farmers are harvesting sugar beet and cutting hedges at the moment, the recent rain adds to the puncture potential, so keeping us as clean as possible!
Similar to last week, we head out on the main road to Occold, turning left onto Cranley Green Road, towards Redlingfield.
Passing through Redlingfield, we soon turn right, continuing straight ahead, intersecting all the main roads out of Eye until we reach the road into Thorndon. At the Thorndon crossroads, we turn Right and head back to Eye (avoiding the beautiful and currently a bit muddy Heart of Suffolk Cycleway) taking the same road back into the town centre for coffee.
