Discover the beauty of Epping Forest on a guided bike ride led by one of the Epping Forest Constables. This will be a fairly easy ride and is suitable for all ages but riders should be of a competent level. Helmets are advised and please bring along water and a puncture repair kit. Please check your bike over before the start. We will stop for lunch at one of the many refreshment places.
