Excel Belles Sunday Social

A faster paced ride for ladies wanting to build their speed, stamina & endurance.
 This ride involves some stretches of road which can be busy, but are usually quiet Sunday mornings, so riders must be confident riding in traffic, best suited to road bikes or light hybrids with skinny tyres, not MTBs.

The first half of the ride is relatively flat as we head along the coast through Lancing, Worthing, Ferring, Rustington & Littlehampton, where we'll then turn inland towards Arundel & the first of our climbs, onto Amberley where we will stop at the TeaRooms by the river. Before heading to Storrington, Ashington, Steyning & back to Shoreham.

As it is Rememberance Sunday, will be stopping on route at 11am to pay our respects.

 The ride is open to women only..but is being run alongside the regular Brighton Excelsior CC Sunday club ride, so don't be put off if you see a group of lycra clad roadies...they'll be heading the other way!   Don’t forget….
