A faster paced club run style ride, aimied at ladies who would like to take their cycling to the next level, and build up speed,stamina, strength & endurance..
The ride is on road, with some hills, we will use quite lanes, but will have short stretches on busier roads, so riders must be confident in traffic, we will aim to keep to a minimum of 13mph to finish the ride in the time allotted.
Best suited to Road bikes not MTBs.
Due to the recent weather some of the roads are in poor condition, please ensure your bike is in a good roadworthy condition, bring spare tubes, a pump & tools required to make basic roadside repairs (Latex gloves are highly recomended too) Don't worry if you've never fixed a puncture or chnaged a tyre - Our champs will show you what to do.
We will carry out a quick bike inspection before setting off, for your own safety if a bike is not deemed roadworthy, we will advise whether to take part.
We hope to have a cafe stop, If time allows, so please carry a drink & a snack to keep you going should we be unable to stop.
