An easy ride to a local hostelry underneath the White Horse at Uffington. It is not our intention to climb the hill but your leader would be happy to take you if you fancy really working up a thirst

we will be on B and C cat country lanes, sharing the roads with other vehicles and the odd combine harvester as its that time of year

we are stopping at the White Horse Inn

Lights Needed just we case we suffer a mechanical issue along the way. I would suggest a lock as the bikes may be out of view whilst we are at the pub. Don’t forget a full water bottle with your favourite thirst quencher. Govt Guidance means face masks are no longer mandatory but we would ask you to bring a face mask as some venues may request it and also first aid may be required. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted-on then a spanner that fits the wheel nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. You should dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash or debit card for the refreshment stop. Some place’s only take card payments.

We especially welcome newbies!
