Mainly quiet roads and greenways. One short stretch of busy road and a short gravel section.
We will stop to take in the views at Ally Pally where there is a bar for refreshments and toilets.
You are advised to wear a helmet and have a spare inner tube. Please bring cycle lights as it will be dusk on the return journey. Cash or card for refreshments or bring your own.
