Evening leg stretcher

Keep your fitness up with social evening rides I have a couple of routes for this 15 mile ride for the first couple of weeks it will be mainly flat gradually starting to increase the pace, distance and climbs over the next few weeks. We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together. Remember, this is not a race, but a social ride. We will ride at a pace suit the slowest in the group! Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, Helmet & lights checked & ready. Please ensure you bring water as there will be no cafe stop on these evening rides Please arrive at least 15 mins before the ride start time, So that we are able to get away at the stated start time
