About the route
Meet at the Barrage for a quick evening spin up to Penarth, along the sea front back round to Cardiff Bay, joining the Taff Trail and finishing at the Barrage. Will take no more than an hour of your time but not for complete beginners due to the short steep (yet sweet) climb into Penarth and also a few sections of busier roads.
