Evening Breeze Stoneycombe Saunter

A popular evening ride returns in 2014!! This is a steady-paced evening ride through the lanes of Edginswell, North Whilborough, Stoneycombe and Kingskerswell before returning to the start point. What better way to unwind after a day 'in the office' than with some fresh air and social exercise! This is a hilly ride so not recommended for complete beginners but the hills are short-lived and broken up with some downhill’s and winding flats. And if it comes to it, you can always get off and push! No shame in that I promise! Wearing a helmet is recommended but if you don't have one you can still join in. Please bring a drink with you and a spare inner tube (just in case).  High visibility clothing and lights may be a good idea just in case we get delayed en route. Parking has been permitted by arrangement with General Services at Torbay Hospital on site behind The Lodge - window passes will be provided to inform security that the cars belong to the breeze ride - come and get these from your ride leader at the start of the ride.
