A steady social evening ride along cycle routes on Moreton Hall and quiet lanes around Rougham and Thurston, returning to Moreton Hall Community Centre.
Refreshments at the end of the ride at Moreton Hall Community Centre for those who wish so please bring along some money.
I prefer my ladies to wear helmets but the choice is yours.
