About the route
Start at parking lot top of castle hill... Down and out of Dover via Folkestone road, using sea front to get to Hythe, up Hythe hill through to port Lyme zoom.. Back in land to Etching and the short and sharp Etching hill.. Following lanes to Crete road East and back down into Dover.. Finishing with castle hill to parking lot ????.
I am not super fit but don't hang about this takes me Solo 2hrs 30mins depending on wind etc..
