Essex Rumble

This popular 23 mile route is great for anyone looking for a little bit extra in their ride !

We start from Redbridge Cycle Centre and head through Collier Row towards South Weald Park where we take a refreshment stop. Once refreshed, we head north for a short way before turning back towards the Centre after a climb up to Lambourne End.

Once back, you have the option of riding a lap of the road circuit (subject to any club bookings)

Please bring;
1. A lock for your bike,
2. Some money or a card & a mask with you if you wish to purchase refreshments at the stop,
3. A road worthy bike,
4. A spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers
5. A cycle helmet,
6. Comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather,
7. A drink & snack for along the way if needed.
We will ride taking social distancing into account. At the time of writing British Cycling recommend riding at least 1m apart
Please do not attend the ride if you have Covid-19 symptoms, have someone in your household who does or have tested positive on a recent Covid 19 test. Cancelling your place won’t be a problem just let us know before the ride so we are not waiting unnecessarily for you, especially if it’s raining.
Plenty of car parking space at the centre.
