Blow the cobwebs on a Monday jaunt for a circular route starting in Plympton out to Ivybridge Wrangaton and down the Erme Valley for a stop at Ivybridge for refreshments before heading back to Plympton. 10-12mph.
Usual rules apply, helmet, and spare tube etc are mandatory as are lights at this time of year. Come prepared for cold weather and bring snacks/ drinks for the journey
