Epping Forest Trails

The ride will take us on the Epping Forest Bridle paths which are mostly flat, we may take in a hill or two, but will go at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.
We really welcome newcomers to our rides and novice riders
Where to park: This is the public car park on the right if coming from Station Road (by Chingford Plain) between the cafe/golf course car park and the trees. It is approximately 1/2 mile from Chingford Station.

This ride will introduce you to the bridleways of beautiful Epping Forest and is ideal for anyone who prefers to ride in a traffic free environment. Suitable for everyone including new riders. If you haven't got a bike of your own, you can hire one at Go Further Cycling. 0208 524 6626.

We will be riding on Bridle paths through the beautiful Epping Forrst in full Autumn glory. Please note, the trails can get a little muddy after heavy / prolonged periods of rain. Mountain bikes / hybrid bikes will be suitable.

Bring some money for refreshments as weather permitting we will stop for tea / coffee and cake.

Helmets are preferable but not essentail ( please note they are essential for children). Please bring spare inner tubes as the Ride Leader will have puncture repair kit but will not have spare inner tubes
