Epping Forest Trails

This ride will introduce you to the bridleways of beautiful Epping Forest and is ideal for anyone who prefers to ride in a traffic free environment. This ride is particularly suitable for anyone who has not been out on their bike for a while or who wants to bring their children along.   We will take fairly flat route around the wider trails and bridleways and ensure that we go at a suitable pace for all participants.  There will be one small hill to get to the tea stop (bring some money or your own refreshments) but we will take our time and walk up if needed.   The bridleways can be a bit muddy throughout the year so come prepared with suitable clothing and footwear as well as a bike that is suitable for riding off road.
