Join one of the Epping Forest Rangers for a guided ride through Epping Forest. The ride is open to all ages but riders must have a competent level of cycling. Please bring water and a puncture repair kit and check your bike over before the start. A helmet is advised. We will stop for breaks and will have lunch at one of the tea huts. Places must be booked by ringing 0207 332 1911.
