This is a nice n' easy ride to start the season off. The route is on cycle paths to Rowrah, then we venture onto quite roads to Kirkland and into Ennerdale Bridge, Here we can decide whether to go down to the lake for a picnic/snack so bring something to munch on or we can go into the pub for refreshments, it's up to you and the weather before heading back along the valley to Wath Brow and Cleator Moor. This ride is suitable for all abilities and bike types. We always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. The aim of the ride is to have a fun sociable ride in the company of other women and build up confidence in your riding. Please remember to dress for the weather, it can change quickly this time of year, I'd recommend: A good waterproof jacket and warm gloves, drink, snack, a lock and spare inner tube for your bike, emergency money, camera/phone and we recommend you wear a helmet.
