In the car park next to the Phoenix bridge in Cleator Moor. Just off the town square and slightly towards Whitehaven and on your right.

A popular and nice n' easy route for a mid week leg stretcher. Along the cycle path, then through to Kirkland then back down through Ennerdale Bridge and back up to Wath Brow. This ride is suitable for all abilities, the route is mainly on tarmac roads and cycle tracks, with a little route through a wood and will be suitable for all bike types. We always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. The aim of our rides is to have a fun sociable ride in the company of other women, build up confidence in our riding in a supportive group environment, as well ask questions about bikes and riding and make links with others. All abilities are welcome and we will not leave anyone behind. Please bring waterproofs if the weather is looking a bit iffy, a spare inner tube for your bike and a bottle of water for hydration. A Garmin map of the ride is here; http://connect.garmin.com/course/5478880
