About the route
Starting point
We will meet by the main entrance of Elvaston Castle car park. Please note there is a charge to park. Toilets are available near the meeting point.
Leaving Elvaston Castle we will ride along mostly flat and quiet lanes through local villages. This circular route is a great confidence builder if you are returning to cycling - we will go at the pace of the slowest rider so don't worry about being dropped!
On our return to Elvaston Castle we will call at Harrington Tea Rooms for drinks and cake.
Please wear a helmet and make sure your bike is roadworthy.
