Ride will visit the 4 Ps of Eltham - a Pleasance, a Palace, a Pavillion and Parks, plus a Winter Garden. Late coffee stop at the cafe in Oxleas Wood. This ride has 2 fairly steep hills, where the ride leader might step down from the bike and push it up, it’s ca 24 km long and including a visit to the Pavillion and the coffee break stop will take us ca 3 hours. Eva leading.
Riders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Same for “adults at risk”.
