The route is mainly cycle paths and through the parks Sutton, New Hall Valley and Pype Hayes.

Helmets are advisable. Riders should carry locks and bring cash/card for refreshment break. A spare inner tube would be useful also.

The ride is being held in conjunction with the Active Wellbeing Society, who provide bicycles on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you wish to borrow a bike, bringing with you proof of name and address or the TAWS Wellbeing Card.

Riders are advised to dress for the weather.
