Easygoing family-friendly ride from Ynysawdre to Blackmill and back

This is an easy-going off-road ride following a beautiful cycle path up the Ogmore Valley.

It's suitable for adults who would like a sociable ride and also for accompanied children over 5 who can cycle just over 6 miles on a gentle uphill slope. It's perfect if you haven't been on your bike for a while and would like to build up confidence - pump up your tyres and join us!

Younger children are welcome as long as they are secured in a BS standard child seat or trailer.

It's uphill on the way out, downhill on the way back.

Traffic-free ride up the Ogmore Valley cycle trail and back. It's a gently incline on the way out and downhill to come back.

We'll be stopping at Bara cafe - bring a card or cash if you'd like a drink/snack there. There'll be chance to stop along the route and take photos too.
